Brandon Bower
Founder & Lead Counselor, Meeting House Biblical Counseling
The Calling
Christ is sufficient. So is His Word.
Dr. Brandon Bower is a passion driven visionary with a heart to see the lost and hurting come to know healing. Brandon is the founder of Meeting House, a biblical counseling ministry focused on helping hurting and broken men re-establish life in the community through, biblical counseling, discipleship, mentoring, and community.
Brandon is no stranger to the hurting and broken. Growing up in Chicago as a pastor’s kid, Brandon found himself living two very different lives—one being the “good” pastor’s kid and the other being a young, rebellious teenager running far from God. Through law-enforced counseling, God continued to work in Brandon’s heart, giving him a deep passion and sensitivity toward reaching those who have and are experiencing similar difficulties.
Brandon received his Doctorate in Theology from Slidell Seminary, and his Masters in Biblical Counseling through Trinity Theological Seminary. In addition, Brandon holds a state license as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor.
Brandon continues to share hope with countless individuals through one-on-one relationships, mentorship, community outreach, church teaching, group meetings, television, radio, and multiple social media platforms. Brandon has not only served here in the USA, he has traveled abroad extensively with his latest efforts focused on South Africa—teaching, advising, and ministering to the hurt and broken and planting seeds of hope abroad. Brandon is blessed to be living out this mission with his wife, Elizabeth, and their three beautiful children. They currently reside near Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Statement of Faith
What I believe, in my own words
I believe in Christ alone — Solus Christus — the only mediator between God and men, and the only sufficient rescue for a broken world. I believe Scripture is God-breathed, authoritative, and enough. It doesn’t need to be propped up by the wisdom of the age. It speaks to the anxious, the addicted, the grieving, and the guilty with a clarity nothing else can match.
That’s why I counsel the way I do. Not to hand you techniques, but to walk with you into the Word until you meet the God who is actually there — and find that He is enough.
Begin Counseling
You don’t have to carry this alone.
Whatever season you’re in, reach out. The first conversation is simple, honest, and confidential — a chance to tell me what’s going on and see how biblical counseling might help.
